The Ramen Bae - Classic Seafood and Vegetables Mix, Dried Ramen Toppings - 14oz (14 oz., Classic Seafood and Veggie Mix)

I had purchased a different vendor's dried ramen topper and it was...okay. It didn't make a lot of servings - 8;I think. So though this cost more, It had more servings. I also liked the seafood aspect. I tend to put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the dried mix into a separate cup, and add the hot water to it at the same time as I water the noodles. Full disclosure, I have been adding this to the Buldak carbonara, which is low on final water, so I tend to dump all the water from the noodles and use the water from the topper, which keeps the flavor of the dried ingredients. The carbonara is creamy/cheesy so I've also started adding cream powder to the topper. The result is very rich. The veggies and seafood rehydrate very well, and retain flavor and texture - the cabbage is downright crunchy, the shrimp tastes and bites like shrimp. It's a seafood mix so any seafood smell is for me a feature, not a bug. This isn't the ten-for-a-dollar ramen of my college days, but it's infinitely tastier, and very filling and with flavor and texture variety. The meaty bits are meaty. Even the colors pop. This ramen topper feels premium, and for me is worth the cost.

The seafood and vegetable mix is a nice addition to shrimp-flavored ramen.

It tastes amazing. It adds pizazz to my ramen. It is expensive, but if you don’t eat ramen everyday, it will last you awhile. I put more than the serving size in, and it still lasted me a few months. I am from the Midwest, so it is hard to find some of those toppings. The nearest Asian store is 2 hours away. So having the variety and the ingredients available is amazing. I loved it so much I bought it again.

I like to start out by saying I eat a lot of ramen I enjoy it it's quick it's easy it's relatively tasty I've been seeing this stuff everywhere for a while now and was really excited to try it the only real problem I have with it is when you see it in the commercials and stuff they're putting it in like everything that is ramen but it doesn't go with everything if you have an exotic flavor like the soy flavored ones or spicy miso or something like that it goes well with it if you have something that's a fishy one like the shrimp ones or the seafood ones it goes well with that it does not go well with your chicken of any type or pork or beef so if you got this and you plan on using it with all your ramen you're going to be disappointed but if you want to add a little texture and a little extra flavor to your different ramens that are not beef pork chicken then it's good it's a little pricey but not too bad use a lot less than you think you're going to it expands quite a bit a little goes a long way I wish you came with a scoop overall good product for certain ramen just not for all ramen just not for everything oh and as a side note this is really good to put like in just some rice or something too with a little soy sauce or something just throw that out there or like an Asian scramble strangely works

Great product! I’ve seen some comments that the price is too high. I disagree. The bag is quite large and the product is high quality and very delicious. I’ll gladly pay a higher price for higher quality, and this fits the bill perfectly.

Best addition to ramen! Bought for my husband who makes ramen all the time. Super ingredients with good texture. Will buy again.
