Surprisingly Delicious

This is one of the best pre-mixed protein shakes I've tasted so far for being gluten and dairy-free. It is a little bit thick if you drink it directly from the carton. I usually pour a Nespresso double shot of espresso over ice and mix in the OWYN shake. I've stopped using creamer and adding stevia to my coffee since I started drinking these shakes. Having 32 grams of protein in the morning helps with brain fog and it's very filling. Great product!

Use this one and the chocolate flavors and it is just great, very tasty, Vegan GF and the most important thing 0 SUGAR!!!!
