Have they corrected the issue of shipping the correct product? Many negative reviews indicate that the rollers people are receiving are not sealed?

They sent the correct product. I assumed that if it came in packs of 10, that's what i needed. My door needed 12. The rollers received were what i expected and are much quieter than the old ones. They look sealed to me.
