I liked how it came with extra pieces so its sharable in the the household. Its functional, has different speeds you can do, I really enjoy the DIY setting on it. Is gentle to the ear for easy cleaning. Not difficult at all. Really enjoyed this product, didn’t realize how bad I needed this. Glad To have gotten it!

Wonder family has such great products. The electric ear wax removal kit is much better than a qtip and safer. It has 4 different tips and a catch basin which works really well.

This is the second ear wax removal device I use and by far the best. Packing is clean and luxurious, instructions were easy to read and follow. After set up, I used it and the comfort level is definitely a 10/10, the rinsing and removal of ear wax was easy and successful. I would definitely recommend this device, worth every penny for its performance!!

Easy to set up, but ear adapter is uncomfortable and not removing wax very well. Will give it a couple more tries before I decide if this was a good buy

I'm ecstatic right now. I can hear again. Had an impacted earwax problem for probably a month which muffled my hearing. Used this once a day in conjunction with a mineral oil ear spray 3x / day, but I suspect this product did the heavy lifting. Used this a couple minutes a day over two days, no luck on those, was getting worried I'd need to see an ENT. Day 3, BIG chunks of dark earwax flowed right out of my ear and I could hear again. It was so satisfying. I used the medium setting. If you have clogged ears, give it a try, it was well worth the price for me.
