Very, Very Helpful Book indeed Wanted a book that would teach me the process of What the heck actually is a Plant based Diet and a Raw Foods plant based diet. And Why the flip should I even try it ? But this book covers all of these in great and simple detail to understand also touching on other parts of health like thoughts and emotions and how to handle them and how they most certainly indeed play a role on your health. The Road to good and proper health free from negative foods, poor lifestyle habits, and everything else will take longer to reach than the road to poor health. I honestly Hope this may potentially inspire someone, Do not give up as this journey has picked you for a very good reason it is up to you my friend to see it through and become the best version of yourself. Excellent book, worth every time penny and maybe even more. The most thorough book on food, health and spirituality that you will probably ever buy.

Contains useful information about food, diet and how you can improve your health. This not only focuses on food for the body, but also through meditation and prayer, food for the mind. Definitely worth a read.

Great book for explaining how what we put in our bodies, greatly affect our health. Gives detail explanation of how black people should eat, as best for our body make up and not the western perspective of nutrition. I have learned a lot from this book.

I was not intentionally looking for this, but I was curious to order this book based on a YouTube from Dick Gregory. He does not mention the book, but he did mention some things that resonated. Congratulations on the author who not only shares information, but this book is detailed and balanced in offering you all perspectives on healthy living. The author covers the mind, thoughts, emotions and so clear. This really should be read by all. I love reading a book that does go into BS and gets to the point and this book certainly delivers. Thank you!
