Summary Pros: works really well, long lasting, basically invisible. Cons: expensive, spreads like cold butter, amount given is disappointing. Worked for me! At first I was very disappointed. The amount they give you is very little compared to your average lip balm. It feels kind of underwhelming when you pay so much but get a half empty lip balm container. Regardless I was excited to try it out. I have extremely dry lips especially during the winter. And although I didn’t take any pictures of the before, just imagine super flaky lips that if you were to smile too wide you would start bleeding (I don’t want to put my lips through that again so just take my word for it). I would constantly be rubbing off the dry flakes out of embarrassment (I know that makes it worse but that’s just what helped in the moment). I had tried so many different lipsticks/lip balms nothing truly worked. The best I would get is the healing ointment from cerave. And although that did work, It would make my lips look super oily and I would need to constantly be reapplying. This lipbalm works great. I apply it in the morning and night and my lips feel hydrated all day. It is thick in consistency, so its hard to apply on dry lips since it spreads like cold butter (at first). But it doesn’t feel heavy and you can tell you have enough when you smack your lips. After 4 days my lips went from dehydrated prehistoric fossils to plump and healthy. I was skeptical at first but I “trusted the process” and it worked very well for me.

This seems like a good product that does what it says it is supposed to do. It's thick to where it is kind of diffcult to get out of the tube, but doesn't seem thick on my lips. It covers well and has staying power for all night. (Which is when I primarily use it). No scent and a good texture.

Love this lip balm. When we go to Utah for visits this helps keep our lips from chapping with no irritation. I've reordered several times. No scent which we like

11/19/25 I bought this lip balm, I really like it, however the packaging could be better quality. The tube is cracking open, and I've had to tape it closed so that the balm doesn't escape. I leave the tube on my desk so it's not as if it's jammed in my pocket or handbag where it could become damaged. It's a great product, has healed my lips nicely, but for the price I believe the tube itself needs to be reimagined. That's why I've given it 4 stars.

The product was a little pricey so I use it once a day, at night. It really does work. It has made my lips so much better.

I wanted to love this but I just cant. First it was very hard to even get product out of the tube. It felt pretty decent on the lips while wearing it, but after it wore off my lips were so so so so dry. Like uncomfortably dry and they were not before wearing this product. I wont be using again.

Bought this bc of the rave reviews I read in NEW YORK MAGAZINE. It is impossible to squeeze out of tube. Need 2 hands. It’s a pretty good lip balm but no better than aquafor or other less expensive lip balms. Pass on it.

actuallt a great product, BUT super difficult to get out of the tube as others have mentioned, and yes, expensive. i am on the fence about value....
