Really like the chair but the massager doesn't work on it. The lights and everything else works great but the massager doesn't. We tried all of the troubleshooting ideas and they didn't work.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this chair! I know they’re probably really meant for gamers and people way younger than me, but I’m hopelessly attracted to colorful, shiny things so when I started browsing for a more comfortable work chair this one caught my eye. It was pretty easy to put together and seems to be pretty sturdy. I like that it can recline and the foot rest is a great plus too. The vibrating back pad doesn’t have super strong vibration but I didn’t mind that because I have a full size back massager that fits in the chair. I’m using it with a stand desk so I can adjust the height as needed. Got it all put together and lit up and squealed like a ten year old. I’m almost 49 😀

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. I actually put it together myself which I didn't think was going to work, but it really wasn't too bad. It wasn't the easiest to assemble but it could have been a lot worse. As you can see in the photo, I was watching Christmas football as I did it which made the process less stressful.There were only a few times where I needed assistance holding something in place while I was connecting pieces, but otherwise, one person can do this on their own. It looks just like advertised and all the functions work as stated. It's also quite comfortable just to sit in. So glad I purchased!

The chair came with a missing arm rest. Didn’t realize it until after assembly. Wasted time. Leg rest was not sturdy and chair is not comfortable. Needs more cushion. Do not recommend, especially for the price.I’m trying to return the item but return code is taking unusually long to be provided.

The media could not be loaded. Very comfortable, high quality, LED's are a nice feature & it comes with a remote control. Highly recommend. Chair comes pre-assembled so it will only take minutes to attached the other parts. You will need to put a battery back with 2 USB connections and put that behind the chair pocket. Chair is nice. It also came with a separate pillow for massage.

It's stylish, sturdy and comfortable. Easy to assemble. Worth every penny. The lower lumbar massager is fantastic and it's quiet. Awesome.
