Build quality and construction was great! Easy to assemble and seems very sturdy. Much better than other inflatable spas

I was happy with the tub, but heater failed 10 months in and the seller is impossible to contact and refuses to honor warranty. They suggest going through manufacturer but provide fake or non existent customer service info. In a nutshell, I paid $1,100 to enjoy for less than a year and no way to recover my money or return faulty heater. I would NOT suggest buying this item!

Solid quality but you could trip into this thing if you're not paying attention. It's laughably low.

Showed up today a few days early. This is very good quality and easy to set up. My husband had it all set up filled and going within a few hours. This is very sturdy and nice. Has padded seats, can't wait for it to heat up!

The inflatable cover came with 2 holes. I only noticed this once the spa was completely filled with water, so returning would be difficult. Sent mspa an email and they got on the problem quick and am sending me another one.Took about 24 hour to come to temp due to chilly water and weather in VA.Mspa customer service was awesome. Super happy.
