I have used this mattress for less than 3 months and everyday I woke up with lower back pain. I have spent a lot more than thevalue of the item with doctors until i realised issue is from my matteress. Seller no accepting a refund. Do yourself a favour and get a standard quality product.

After reviewing my order details, I realized that while the listing appeared to be from the Emoor store, the fine print showed it was actually being sold and shipped by a different vendor. This wasn’t clear at checkout, leading me to believe I was purchasing from Emoor when I wasn’t. ⚠️ Important Warning for Buyers: -This is NOT Emoor’s fault—Amazon seems to be misrepresenting who you’re actually buying from. -Just because the listing is under the "Emoor Store" doesn’t mean you’re buying from them! -Amazon may substitute a third-party seller without making it obvious. -Many reviews mentioning “too soft” or “not firm” futons may be from people who unknowingly received comforters instead. -If you don’t check the fine print, you might not get what you ordered. To get the correct futon, I had to reorder directly from Emoor, ensuring they were both the seller and shipper. This time, I received the authentic, firm, and well-made Japanese futon I originally expected. If you’re buying this futon, double-check that it is both “Sold by EMOOR” and “Shipped by EMOOR” to avoid any issues!

I decided to buy this because I have been unhappy with the firmness of my foam mattress and I liked that it was handmade in Japan which conveys a high quality product for me. I slept on it for the first time last night and I had the best sleep in a long time! The mattress is FIRM, just what I wanted. It is very well made and it looks good. I have it on top a bed frame so I won’t be putting it away, but if I had to, the mattress is very manageable. It is pricier than some of the others but for me, I think it’s worth it
