It's very useful, it helps so that your glass doesn't get damaged and that the water doesn't spill through the cigarette

Everything worked well except the spill stopper. I don't think it's the correct stopper for my lid.

So my daughter just had to have a Stanley for her cup for school last year. We have literally about 30 different cups for the kids to use for school from Hydro Flask, to Yeti, to Under Armour,Gatorade, Nike and many other name brand and off brand tumblers. However, something happened last year and Stanley became a big deal with the kids at school and she was actually being picked on over not having a Stanley brand cup like a lot of the other kids in her class (kids are ruthless). I told her that the cups she's been using cost way more than a Stanley and to not worry about it (but I always bought those super expensive cups when I'd see them in clearance and get them for 75%-90% off and buy several of them, I just never understood spending $50-$90 on one tumbler). But that didn't matter to pre-teen kids, if it didn't say Stanley, it was trash and you were "poor" (we are a middle class, blue collar family, stuck in a white collar school district, so we always save up before the school year starts so the kids don't go to school looking different from the other kids, and it's hard when the economy isthe way it is and you're living paychecktopaycheck). So we broke down and bought a $40 Stanley, and after using it twice, she hated it because she couldn't just throw it in her backpack like her other cups, so she stopped using it and would take it to school every great once in a while to "prove" she had one so the kids would leave her alone, but her dad and I were pissed we wasted money on a cup she really didn't need. So when school started this year I seen this and bought it to see how well it worked, and it truly does keep the cup from leaking and it's cute. So she's been so excited to be able to use her Stanley everyday and has taken it to school daily without any problems. She says the other kids in her class have asked her where she got it and a few have went out and got some for their cups too. And dad and I are happy we didn't have to waste money on a new cup this year.
