I love having shelf stable milk that can be used alone (with cookies!) and in recipes. The cost per gallon is roughly equal to grocery store milk. The powder dissolves easily if a whisk or electric blending devise is used.

We make a cup and use it in coffee and tea when we run out of milk. I put it in a jar with the recommended ratios and shake it. High quality. It is so nice to have on hand. It mixes really well in cold water. Do not try to put the dry powder in hot drinks it will clump.
