The build quality is good and the appearance is quite decent; however, the only drawback is that it operates on 120V, making it unsuitable for use in the UAE.

Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and makes good foam. Works with oat milk and flavored creamer. It didn’t do well with almond milk.

I love how customizable this frother is, as well as the small size. You can pick from a lot of different froth settings, as well as heat. My favourite feature is the "stir" setting. I love warm milk with honey in it before bed. This was great at mixing in the honey and heating the milk without using a pot on the stove or trying to get the right temperature in the microwave. The instructions are ultra straightforward to follow and very well written. It's also easy to clean. I would order this again.

Since the functionality and weight are perfect, I have no complaints. However, after the first wash, following the manufacturer's instructions, the word near the LEDs are no longer visible. Unfortunately, I returned it. If the manufacturer improves the quality of this I will buy it again.

Worked one time. Reached out to Dreo support who told me that they couldn't replace it, only refund. It's so bad they don't even make it anymore :(
