Going by the photos available on Amazon, at first it seemed that the metal sheet would be thin. But, I was in for a surprise. The product is actually made of thick sheet of steel and is quite sturdy. All the holes are neatly cut and there are no sharp edges on the inside which makes cleaning easy. However, the threads on the top of the base cup are quite sharp and you need to be careful while cleaning it. I would like to give 4.5 stars but since it is not possible so 4 stars till the threads are made less sharp.Overall, the product is highly recommended.

Manufacturer is bad

Easy to use, no Sharpe edges, good quality, value for money, can save time, water used to clean other utensils.Only suggestion to use smaller tub to boil water to dip appropriately to release tea decocstion when preparing little tea ☕.

Too good quality

The design is beautiful. It works well as a bouquet garni / spice infuser when you are cooking a dish for 8 to 10 people.

The size of the defuser is small so that while preparing the tea, water do not circulate properly through tea leaves.
