Excellent product. Important mineral.

First it ha no taste so I can put in my flavored water or coffee next the whole reason I got it was for my hair , my hair is fine soft losts of body tats just looking at it it has become so thin over the last couple years from breaking ...I can now run my comb or figures through it with out catching hoping it will grow faster and get back to normal ...next my knees don't hurt any more my right knee joint has been really bad since last Thanksgiving now it great...Can't wait to see what else it does for me LOVE this stuff!!!!

BulkSuppliments has always been the one GoTo company for my vitamins. One has to remember that the bulky multivitamins are almost pointless when it comes to the body absorbing everything they have to offer. The reason is that those vitamins contain such a concentrated form of the vitamin/suplement that the body cannot and does absorb it. BulkSupplements, in my opinion, has put tried to make each supplement is body absorbable as possible. And I believe that it shows… I have been taking BulkSupplements for over a year now and have noticed a huge improvement in both my mind and body. Of course it takes time for all supplements to work. They are not wonder drugs but nature’s way to make the body healthy. Please keep in mind that BulkSupplements pride themselves on the quality (and control) of their supplements. Do not be afraid to ask for a report of the product analysis for each batch they distribute. Make them prove to you that their product is the best out there. I have over 30 orders of BulkSupplements under my belt. Their product is the best!

This is one of the better ones by bulk. I have a love hate relationship with these powders. I can’t get past the crazy measuring system they got going, but the quality is there. I did get a milligram scale but still don’t see why they can’t come up with a solid measuring spoon system. This particular powder also dissolves nicely.

For everyone out there, The correct daily dose is below a small tip of a teaspoon! I stupidly took a full, heaped teaspoon, and only after read I had overdosed on folic acid by about 500x! Good news is, I'm still here, and aside from elevated heart rate, I didn't suffer any major damage. Better news is, I'm alive today, to tell others about it. Taking an overdose once is bad. Taking it multiple times, is worse. Keep your daily doses below a small tip of a teaspoon! If you do end up taking a teaspoon, you'll survive. Just don't repeat. Good luck!

There needs to be a disclaimer that this is not ideal for individual use. I wish I had found this review before buying: This product is extremely concentrated. 1/80 of a tsp is about 24 milligrams, 24x as much as the maximum recommended amount of 1mg=1000mcg. To take 1mg, you'd need to measure approximately 1/2000th of a teaspoon. See the problem? You won't be able to measure that much accurately. It's also very sticky and sticks to whatever you use to measure it. making your measurements less accurate.

I was looking for a pill type method , not power ......its a bit messy to work with ...power gets in the seal process, zipper type may be a better way to go ...I prefer a pill type .....so not to waste product ...sorry ..my fault for not understanding what it was ....Powder
