Very comfortable, great support for your back and not visible underneath looser clothing. The velcro can be a bit cumbersome if dog hair gets stuck in it.

This back support is one of the best! Size was as expected. Value is exceptional for quality and effectiveness. It’s lightweight and while supportive, doesn’t have a bulky or restrictive feel to it. It’s much less wide than others I have tried, making it more breathable and less hot to wear especially while doing strenuous activity. I have tried SO many different similar products since I wear these for back pain/strain multiple hours of most days and I felt compelled to review this one simply because it’s so awesome. Definitely will buy another one.

It supports without being uncomfortable. I have several broken vertebrae in my back and the back brace the doctor prescribed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't wear it. This one has helped with the pain and I can wear it most of the day. I ordered a large, but it has Velcro so I can make it tight enough.

I'm super happy with the belt/brace. It's really well made. It's exactly as described. The velcro seems to hold very well (at least it has so far. Its super easy to put on. It helps my lower back pain tremendously. I'm super happy with the purchase.

My Granddaughter loves it she works at a sorting facility with USPS and she handles a lot of heavy tubs and carts. Her back was killing her and she said the P.O. doesn't give them back brace, which they should. She said it has been a huge back saver, plus she doesn't hurt when she's trying to sleep. I had bought one for me awhile back, I'm a CNA and the agency that I worked for gave all of us braces, they really do save your back when you get older, I just wish I had wore it more often. I do recommend them very, very much.

Fits comfortable, good back support and secures easy with velcro straps. Had this for a month, wear it 5-6 days a week at work and velcro holding up well so far. Satisfied with purchase. Good quality for the price. I had the Copper Fit belt previously which was also good and got about 18 months before the velcro wore out. This one is wider and provides a little more stability without being too restrictive.

On the plus side this has been good for my sciatica and when worn over a t shirt it is comfortable. Unfortunately when worn on bare skin there are silicone strips that aggressively stick to your skin and make it hurt to remove. Additionally sizing is difficult if you are on the line between small /medium and large/extra large
