Italian…healthier and filling.
I have been buying Italian pasta for years. They don’t ruin their wheat like the US does. You can certainly taste the difference from pasta in the grocery. This is much more filling. The texture is very different. It’s a healthier choice for my family. It’s certainly worth the price for the quality. Glad we’re able to buy it here!

Real pasta here.
It’s absolutely delicious. I do suggest going past the dente stage though unless you are a true Italian and using the pasta in a pasta salad with lots of veggies and a herb olive oil dressing as I did. The pasta was still quite firm but just in the middle of the bow tie. The olive oil seemed to soften that as well while it was in the frig.

These bow tie macaronis good. I believe they're healthier than a store-bought brand. By the ingredients I don't think it raises insulin. Got to be careful about that you know. At least that's what I heard so I'm trying this product out.

Love these little bow ties!!!
I really like these little bow ties. The pasta's texture is perfect and it makes a great pasta salad when cooked perfectly. I cooked it a little longer than the package called for as they just were not done to my liking at 13 minutes but after another minute they were perfect to put in the colander and rinse for the pasta salad. The pasta when mixed and chilled properly had the perfect amount of chewiness and tenderness that I love in my pastas. I cannot wait to try other offerings from this brand although the pasta is quite a high value. 5 Stars = Excellent brand and product, great deal! 4 Stars = Really good product with a minor fault or two. 3 Stars = Average just like the number. Good not great. 2 Stars = May be OK, but there are glowing issues with it. 1 Star = Avoid at all costs!
