I find it hard to rate any product which claims to have health benefits, because so many factors (e.g. a person’s underlying health, any medication being taken, personal circumstances and psychological state) may influence the perceived and/or actual benefits of the product. Subject to that above qualification, I make the following observations about this product … Several of the ingredients in this product (e.g. Fenugreek, Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Maca, Shilajit …) are widely thought to have beneficial effects on one’s health and wellbeing, and I’m happy to accept that view. If nothing else, widening the consumption of plant products to one’s diet is generally regarded as beneficial to one’s gut microbiome, and that’s good enough for me. The capsules are easy to swallow. I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle, not least because of its several different ingredients, all of which are derived from plants.
