I can’t tell you how much I hate nicotine. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was taking a Nic pouch a few years ago. The easy access buzz later turned into terrible crashes that would leave me not wanting to do anything at all. With needing a 9 mg pouch every so often I’d often not want to do anything at all but would have to push through cuz I ain’t no weak shrimp. So I’d compensate with skipping the gym and cooking. I became incredibly lazy. NZE has completely reversed that with helping not only quitting nic but restoring the energy from having quit. There’s no crash, I don’t feel sluggish and there’s no come down or desire to just keep putting a pouch in one after the other cuz it doesn’t give me a buzz anymore. NZE has been great so far. I’m On my first week of using them. (In the process of quitting zyns.) These have a very similar size, which I like. I think the flavor actually lasts a while. I’m not sure if I feel super caffeinated on these but I still enjoy them for what I’m using them for.I like peppermint so far, wintergreen was a little sweet but still good.Def recommend replacing nicotine pouches with these if you’re trying to quit or just want better results from a pouch.

I'm not going to lie, it takes a lil bit to get use to them, but now I couldn't imagine not having them!😆 I tend to use citrus nicotine pouches (4mg), and have an incredibly aggravating oral fixation. I purchased/subscribed to the NZE pouches to help curb my nicotine use, as well as, ease the fixation.
