Tasty Taco's
Makes great homemade taco's and takes colour and flavour of things like beetroot powder well. Will never go back to store bought.

Great tortillas some drawbacks
Makes excellent tortillas much better than British wheat ones totally different. A tortilla press would be ideal as rolling pin is tricky. Suggest freezing for a while first as had flour mites in it.

If the gluten's free, why's this expensive? (Joking) super product. If you want authentic tasting Mexican tortillas, this is the real deal. Very easy to use, doesn't require much kneading being gluten free. Has a taste similar to polenta. Its made from maize. Not the cornflour used to thicken sauces and gravy. Other flours would give inferior results

BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY THAN YOU MAY THINK
Made real tortillas with this flour. Perfect. My restaurant- criticesque- children loved them. Initially, adding together cost of the product & postage I felt this was rather pricey. However 100g of flour makes 4 palm size tortillas for a bit more than 80p. You can't buy real gluten free tortillas for that. So this is a better value buy than you may initially realise.
