It works!!!! I’ve had sleep issues for years and tried so many things including Ambien. Beam’s Dream was just that. 30 min after drinking I got sleepy and fell asleep, sleeping a full 7 hours. No grogginess on waking up. I got Chocolate Raspberry and it was delicious and soothing. This product is worth every penny!!! . I mixed it w/30 calorie heated almond milk and it tastes like hot chocolate. I love it and soooo happy I found this product!!!

Tastes just like a cozy cup of hot chocolate and helps me fall asleep fast. I wake up feeling rested, not groggy. This has become my favorite part of my nighttime routine!

First let me say that I absolutely love Beam products. I use their Glow product every day and their Dream every night. They do what they say and I am sold on them! However this particular flavor of Dream “brownie batter” left me very disappointed. The flavor is great and the product still works like magic but the amount of product in the bag does not match the amount listed on the label. If you follow the directions on the label which says use one scoop nightly there are only 16 servings in the bag not 30. I tried it two different times and both times it was the same shortage. I have used their original cocoa cinnamon and their mint flavor multiple times and they lasted nearly the full 30 servings. The scoop seems to be larger in the brownie batter flavor (both bags I received) which might be the problem but I sure feel ripped off since these bags aren’t cheap at $70 each! Won’t be buying this one again!

Was having trouble sleeping so I’ve been trying different suplements but I can say that this one has helped the most. Tastes great and I wake up feeling fully rested.

Did the opposite of help me to sleep, caused my heart to race and anxiety. When I did sleep, I woke up several times and my sleep quality was poor. I tried a second serving to make sure it was this, and ended up with the same result. I was hopeful that this would help me get some much needed sleep, as there were so many good reviews for this powder, but unfortunately this had the opposite effect for me. I was also more than a little appalled to find such a small pouch and so few servings for the price tag.2 stars because the taste was very good. But this did not do what it was advertised to do, and actually made my sleep quality worse, unfortunately.WARNING: Amazon does NOT accept returns on this item! I was luckily able to get a refund as this powder is basically defective based on the claims, but be warned that they will not accept returns on this item.
