I bought these for my teenagers to use to practice maneuverability to get their driver's license. Storing them is great they just fold down and they came with their own zip up bag they are heavy duty so they do not blow over easily by the wind they are good and bright if you need to use them on the roadway they do have reflectors on them. They function well it's a great value and their heavy enough to stay put but light enough to carry all four of them at the same time. You can also add water to the base but I have not had to do that yet. Highly recommend

Very good---used them already to warn of a fallen tree----drained out the water and easily folded them back down and back in their carry case.

We've been carrying heavy plastic cones in our trailer for the times when we've had to stop on the side of the road. These are perfect, they weigh nothing and once you fill the base with water they're heavy enough to stay where you put them even when big rigs drive by. When it's time to move on the fold back into the base, the water empties out and the go back into the case. If I have any complaint it would be that the case should be a bit heavier duty, it won't last very log in my bin of emergency supplies but the cone are very well made and they appear to be much more durable. My traveling caravan buddies have already ordered sets for themselves after seeing ours.
