SmokinTex 'The Pitmaster' Series High-Capacity Electric Smoker – 700W Stainless Steel Meat Smoker, Temperature Control for Meat, Seafood, Vegetables, BBQ – Portable with Locking Wheels

This smoker was a Christmas gift, and I was so excited when I opened it up! I got the seasoning (stocking stuffer) pack, and a cover as well. I tried it out on New Year’s Eve, and it did not disappoint! I cooked several Boston Butts, and a slab of ribs as well. It was very convenient, and the process was worry free! I followed the directions, and was very pleased with how the meat turned out. I have used a large grill for decades, and the amount of work compared to the old way is minimal. Plus, the worry of how the meat was cooking was non existent with my Smokintex 1460! You can literally set it and forget it! Everyone loved the New Year’s feast, and I’m already trying to decide what to cook next - perhaps a Brisket? I’d rate their cooker a 10 out of 10, and recommend it to all - seasoned chefs, or wannabes - all should be successful.
