It’s fake …
It stopped working after 2 months , after which I realised that it was fake because the button pattern was different from the original. Bluetooth button is non functional. Though I must congratulate them for doing a great job making it look very original.My sincere advise is don’t buy it because it’s fake and non returnable

Good product very easy to use

Voice command not functional. Don't be fooled by positive reviews (Only for Indian Customers)
I just received the remote and all functions are working except the voice commands. For this voice command the product is listed with such a hefty price tag. Otherwise similar remotes are available on local market/Amazon from Rs. 150/-.I was fooled by all these positive reviews. Its a Fake Product (in Amazon India) don't be fooled by positive reviews, almost all those are from other countries (US mainly).Bottomline: Don't waste your money for a remote where voice command function is not available.

Stops working after a month or so
Updating my review to give it 1 star. It was working flawlessly in the beginning, even the bluetooth and voice command works fine. But after 2 months or so, Navigations button stopped working properly. I got a replacement device from them which was painful as the co-ordinate through whatsapp and sometimes don't reply for days. And it took more than 2 weeks to finally get the replacement, which again stopped working in 2 months.

Left/Right Buttons stopped working in 10 days
I have purchased this Remote on 07-07-24. Waited for revewing it. The remotes quality was fine, not as sturdy as the Original but OK. It immediately got connected to TV. No need to even pair it. The remote was all fine for 1st ten days. Later the left and Right navigation buttons (Ring) were responding slowly. Later the delay in response is increasing day by day. I have registered for the warranty but, I am wating for them to respond. Will get back if the problem is resolved.Update on 06.10.24:The remote was picked up and returned by the seller in their own lavish time. I didn't know if I have received a new remote or they have repaired the remote and sent back the same. It worked well for 1 to 2 weeks and again same problem. The left and right navigation keys stopped working. I am trying to get this replaced with a new one. As of now, I feel it is better to go for original Samsung remote instead of this. Will update soon
