I just got this last week, and I had to use it last night to get to my Epe pen; it was easier to get to than leaving in packaging case. The ER nurses were impressed with it too.

I'm an allergy induced asthmatic so I was excited to see it could hold everything I may need. An epi, an inhaler, some back up emergency allergy meds, etc. This is large so I use this for my work bag. I also like the color. If someone had to grab it for me it would be easy for them to find. The hardshell is also good. It won't crush easily. I recommend it so far.

I was really tired of loosing my Epi Pen in my field back so this looked like a great option. Because I'm an archaeologist who spends a lot of time out in the field I'm required to carry my Epi Pen on me but it's not easy keeping up with it in my bag and is difficult to find especially for those who are not familiar with my pens. However, this case makes it pretty obvious where my pens are and keeps them safe in the process. My pens remain secure in the straps but can be removed on the insert. The case is a rigid foam which comes with a lanyard and a carbineer to hang your case. Inside there is plenty of room for other important medical items. In my case, it fit my additional med kit items perfect combing both the pens and med kit into one convenient pack. Thye case also has an ID card with room for important medical info. It's a little big for just my pens, but I love the versatile of this case which works well for me. At the present price of $9.99, this is well with in fair market value.

This not only works great for Epi-pen's but with pockets and different spots this works great for us as our special needs kiddo has few injectable meds which are just as important as an Epi pen so we can store everything in on case also case seems pretty sturdy Even though it's soft it's also rigid. I am confident we can store vial in here without any issues. So I don't want to try I do think this could be dropped and everything be fine.If you're looking for an injectable medication case this is one we would recommend

This thing smelled like death when i took it out of the package. the writing on the medical card was misspelled, and it barely held 2 EpiPens. Threw this away based on the smell alone, it would not dissipate.
