Please do not buy this product or this manufacturer. They are bad. And has a very bad side effect. The packing is good. Or their description is attractive. But please do not fall for that. It is very bad.

Human microbiome has 39 trillion bacteria. This has only 3 billion per serving so not going to make a huge impact But i tried using 4 sachets a day for a week and the effects lasted for a long time. You have to eat a lot of fiber when taking this so the bacteria can colonies your intestines

nice product ..i hv been searching alot but couldnt find then my daughter suggested it for me..as i m diabetic i hv regular gut issues like gas, bloating , loose motions ..sometime stomach upset even i cant eat anything ..but good bug reduced my these issues..this is my second pack i would like to buy..thankx good bug❤️

Caused loose motion after taking for 5-6 days. Did not suite me. Please consult Doctor before buying

I trusted good bug a lot because twice innthe oast my tummy was in great condition and I could digest jackfruit in the evening too. But these days, my IBS is back and good bug isn't helping at all.
