Absolute show stopper gorgeous! I receive never ending compliments on this fixture over my dining room table. For the price it’s 1000 percent worth assembling yourself.I had an electrician install the base. I hung the crystals. Directions weren’t necessary the leads are numbered hang them row by row beginning with the row numbered 1 then 2 etc. you have to add the largest crystal (just the one) to the bottom of each strand. The small crystals are already strung.I spent a total of approx 1.5 hours leisurely assembling. (Meaning I wasn’t in a hurry and if I was it would have taken about an hour.Packaging was nice, My fixture arrived undamaged. Plus there are spares which I thought was terrifically thoughtful!Last note: very brilliant prisms these are crystal not cheap plastic.

7 hours to install but looks amazing. Worth the time and money.

Some balls with small defects.

I purchased this in August but my electrician installed it three weeks ago. While installing he found 6 of the crystal balls were broken so I contacted the seller. They quickly responded to replace the broken one. I waited few days but it did not arrive so I contacted again. They apologized for the delay and immediately sent me 10 replacement balls. They also gave me a $20 credit for the delay. I have this up for a while now. It truly looks pretty in my formal dinning with all the colors from the light reflecting upon the crystals. It doesn't come with bulbs. I ordered GU10 LED Day Light bulbs. (Pack of 10 for $22.99). I like Day light White but depending on your choice one could get warm white or white.

Where should I even begin...... This fixture is absolutely breathtaking! It sparkles and gleams like no other. It looks like an absolute fortune. Every single person who has entered our home since we purchased this light will not stop gushing about it. Yes, it is tedious to put together. However, you will wish you bought five when the final product is up.

It’s difficult to get a photo that displays the way the light dances on the crystal. It brings a unique elegance to the room. The installation is a bit tedious, keep that in mind for your purchase. The outcome is worth it!

CAUTION: very sharp edges. Also, protective film is very difficult to remove. Hanging crystals is tedious, to say the least. Keep an eye on the edges of the fixture. My husband didn’t. See photo.
