The chairs are really pretty and the base was sturdy and good quality. unfortunately the back of the chair sat too low on my spine and was uncomfortable so they aren't chairs you can sit back and relax in. The return process was easy with help from their customer service rep LIU. They made direct email contact and sent labels the next day for returns.
