The first unit I ordered had flame control issues - if you tipped it, to light a pipe for example, the flame got huge and a little scary. Great customer service as it was replaced and this new one works perfect. Good valve control of the flame and it's a very cool looking torch. I like the weight of it, feels real. Happy camper!

Great torch lighter for cigars. Nice weight. I like the feel in my hand. Sparks every time. Easy fill and use. Great design as well. Love the black with the gold accent and burnished gold color HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great budget friendly option but doesn’t FEEL like a budget option. Solid choice!!

I got two of these to gift to two people. The packaging is nice and itself could be used as a gift box. Before gifting them I had to test them to ensure I gave away something that was not just pretty but functional as well. I filled them up with butane and the lit the torch. The flame was good but the moment I pointed the flame downward it would turn off. I let it run for a few minutes and after a while I could point the flame downwards and it would not turn off. I don't know why this is exactly but perhaps I had overfilled it with butane. I went through the same thing with the second one when I tested that one too. Filled it (or overfilled it), got it so start, pointed it down as if browning a steak and then it turned off. similarly I let it run for about five minutes and was then able to use it pointing downward without it turning off.The torch itself is beautiful. it works well and has an adjustment dial at the bottom. it can go really low so as to use it a a lighter or on it's highest setting can put out about a 5-7 inch flame.

The fill nozzle wont seal correctly when you start the fill. I tried lighting the lighter a few times before attempting to fuel it, it was definitely empty. I turn the lighter and butane can upside down, carefully line up the nozzle on the can to the fill nozzle on the lighter and push. Immediately you can hear the butane escaping around the fill nozzle and feel the splatter from the liquid butane. I thought maybe I was careless in lining up the nozzles so I tried again and again. It does light now so it has fuel in it I just think I will waste a lot of fuel filling it every time if I keep it. The instructions say "the tank is full when you feel resistance or gas spurts out". I have a number of refillable lighters like this so I also have multiple cans of butane to try. I also purchased another lighter that arrived today and it filled fine. I guess I will send it back. Bummed because it looks nice and feels like quality. It might just be a death trap.

This thing works super good! Got it for a tabletop cigar lighter. The tanks big, easy control of the flame height (without having to use a small screwdriver). It lights in the first try and puts out a LARGE flame, on high. The design on it’s cool too. Would recommend this to any cigar person, also think it will be my go to for our camp fires!

Excellent lighter.well built,feels solid,lights first time everytime.i also like that you can light it and lock the flameusing one hand.the only thing I didn't care for was the black and gold flower design so I painted mine. Other than that it's one of the best Ive owned

For the price they suck. Cool item if it continued to work but fails to light now! For what they charge the product is before sub par!

It works but it keeps spitting butane after the flame is out
