Excellent. Perfect size for a medium meal. It is the only saute pan with higher sides and slightly rounded corners, that helps in keeping the food in and from getting stuck at the corners. Easy to clean and a great build quality. Overall a perfect purchase.

I got the sautépan and love it. It is a very versatile pan; you can sauté, fry, brown, etc. It is now the workhorse in my kitchen. It is the ideal size for much of my cooking needs. It is hard to determine size by capacity listed. This pan is approximately 10" across with 2" sides. After nearly a month of use, I still have not seen a scratch in the pan, but then again, I don't use steel utensils. The lid is an added bonus. It fits perfectly and is really great to have when you need it. After so many meals prepared, the only thing I've had stick was an egg with no oil added to the pan. So, not very sticky. As for the value, this is a pricey pan. It is beautiful. It is quality made. It is non stick. It is expensive.

I’ve been using this pan for everything. Eggs, meats, veggies, it works great for everything. The pan matches my other cookware with one huge difference…. the non stick interior. So smooth inside, very easy to clean - I love it! The size is perfect for just about everything. I have zero complaints, it’s a great pan, and it comes with a lid.
