Good smaller tiller
Got this mini cultivator for my grandparents, and it's been a hit in their garden. The engine packs enough punch to handle tough soil without being too hard to manage. They love the soft rubber wheels and ergonomic handle, which make it easier to maneuver around their flower beds. The detachable push bar is great for storage in their small shed.It did take them a bit of practice to get used to the power, but now they're tilling like pros. The only downside is it can be a bit heavy for extended use, so they take breaks. Overall, it's been a great tool for keeping their garden in shape without too much strain. If you've got older folks who love gardening but need a bit of extra oomph, this tiller is worth considering.

Gear box froze up
Gear box froze after I used first time. Only ran 15 minutes at a time. Gave it plenty of time to cool down between uses. I was using on my garden...ground already tilled up. I was just using to keep weeds at bay. I returned a week ago, still no refund.

Excellent, lightweight, manageable tiller
Tiller was very easy to assemble, with good directions provided. It's the perfect size for working in small areas, but still able to tackle larger jobs.It started almost immediately, and has plenty of power, I never stalled it or had any issues at all with it's ability to churn up dirt. All in all, a well designed and built piece of equipment.I've been using it quite a while now and am very pleased with it!

Don't use the plastic clips to hold the throttle cable zip tie it to the handle instead.
There is plenty of torsion in the throttle cable. Don't use the plastic clips, Zip tie the cable to the handle support instead. Because on the 2nd use the cheap clip popped off and allowed the cable to rest in front of the exhaust which promply melted and fused the cable. A design error. Also there is no visible customer support who will pick up the phone call or answer emails. Otherwise the cultivator has plenty of power to chew up the hardest dry dirt my garden beds had to offer.
