I’ve now been using this product for just under a year, However, I really have nothing bad to say about it. The only thing that I would say in regards to anything, Is that the coating and or paint that was put on the charging dock for the trimmer Is starting to peel up, However, I have never once charged the item and I use it probably once every 2 to 3 weeks, And the battery is still at 43%.The blades have never pinched or cut my skin, the durability of the product is fantastic, i have brought it everywhere with me, whether i travel or stay home. The product has been dropped countless times and still works like new. It has always been relatively easy to clean and the blades are still sharp to this day.I go through phases with my beard, in the summer I like it short but long enough to hide my chin, and during the winter I prefer it to be long almost like a loggers beard and this product has everything included with the 69$ kit to maintain it as well as give a clean trim and shave. I don’t typically use the shortest setting as the hair gets cut flush with my skin and I’m not a big fan of this as my beard likes to curl into my skin, however it has everything you would need to start out with and would work for something long term. I would say this product is very much worth it. When I do use the product, after I finish, I run it under hot water while powered on to clean it out, and after which I use a fragrance free beard oil and beard wax.The beard oil can be a generic type, but I prefer the Viking revolution beard wax.Overall I have nothing bad to say about this product, it’s high quality and the blades are sharp as can be, whether your a high schooler trying to grow out your beard, a college student wanting to experiment, or the average working man trying to maintain a clean beard, this product is wonderful and provides everything you’d need mechanically.

This is the trimmer we've been expecting all along. It's a bit alarming to me that the product I had been expecting whenever I bought a Norelco, Phillips, or Remington (and never got when I bought those brands) really exists. Actually, this thing is nicer than I expected, even back in my naiivite. It's powerful, feels solid, and cuts through those thick beard hairs with ease. This is the one.

I should have bought this sooner because it works so well. My old trimmer was incredibly old and could no longer be used without being plugged in. I was looking for a replacement that I could wirelessly charge and would hold up for a long time. This absolutely fit what I was looking for. Feels solid, love having the wireless charger/holder, and is so smooth on trimming my beard. The battery rarely needs to be charged, which is so refreshing!

Good product, I think is more hair trimming that beard trimming, clips are not the regular beard size,

I can't contact the seller directly anymore since my support window has closed. I've really enjoyed this product, it had a really nice solid feel, ran like a quality product, until it didn't. A little over 3 months of very light use (my wife will confirm, my beard is pretty thin!) and now it suddenly just won't turn on. It lights up when charging, the battery climbs right up to 100% but other than charging, it doesn't do anything anymore.EDIT AND UPDATE: after reaching out to the manufacturer, they were quick to help me resolve my problem and replace the unit. However after a few days of not working, it has started again and is now operating without a hitch so I'll keep on using it. Can't complain too much about a company that is ready to help or a product that jumps back into action on its own.

The media could not be loaded. Don’t Buy!!!! My wife bought this for me as a present. I was excited as it felt like s high quality trimmer. Within a month, I discovered that the on off button was poorly designed as it was right next to where you hold it to trim your beard and it kept shutting off. Then the razor started to act up and not turn on at all. I thought it was because I kept hitting the button while using it and it ended up being overworked. Regardless, I started to dislike it and complained to the company. They ignored me. I even wrote corporate to no avail. Anyway, about a month ago,I started having problems getting it to turn on and hold a charge. I kept it cleaned and oiled. Made no difference. It finally stopped working last week. I took it apart to see of there was anything I could do. The battery is is jammed in so you can’t replace it. Its now garbage. I have cheap Phillips and Norelco rechargeable ones I bought at Walmart 10 years ago and they still work, albeit they are just good for light trimming work. One other thing. It doesn’t come with half sizes like 1.5/2.5 attachments which made it difficult to get better trimming results but I lived with it. Dont waste your money. This trimmer didn’t even last 2 years. If you buy it, buy the 2 year warranty for $7.00. You’ll need it.

Husband loves this! Easy to use, the guards are easy to put on and cleans easily too. The quality and durability is great and it works really well on a thick beard.

I just received this and gave myself a trim. The feel and quality of this is as good as any name brand I have. The attachments are the size I wanted that are typically unavailable in other brands. I also like how the attachments slide on and lock in verses snap on like most brands. The blade adjustment is nice as well. This so far is the best beard trimmer I have.
