Effective but springs can hurt
The item is good built wise, will help in chest expansion.Using it with 4 springs is the most i can do roght now.The springs can hurt and catch hair in between which can be very painful, so be careful while working on it.

Excellent product
An excellent product in this category, far better than any other available chest expanders. For the serious gymmers.Good job Strauss. I woulf rather prefer it more if the level of tension of the springs are a bit more.

Ok
The springs are too thin and i have no idea about its durability . The grip is ok but a cushioning would have made it better

Very safe and strong material
High Standard product... Stainless steel construction... I cannot do more than 2 springs chest level pulls and I can bench press 80 kgs, so the 5 level resistance will be enough even for the strongest people... There was a reason why the early natural strongmen used these kind of unique equipments... It makes your rear delts, romboids, rotator cuffs, mid and lower traps strong like steel....

Fantastic product even for strength training veterans
I am a long time strength training enthusiast with over a decade of experience under the bar. I can posit the fact that this is a legitimately good device, especially with all the five springs on. The degree of resistance provided with all the springs on is challenging enough for a high volume overload for the upper body movements. For single joint movements such as the lateral raises, I in fact had to go as low as one or two springs in order to get a technically correct movement pattern that could also stimulate the delts significantly. Five springs is anyway a higher number of springs than any chest expanders present in the Indian market. I would only urge the manufacturers to come up with a higher number, say 7 springs and/or increase the spring tension to modulate intensity further.

Good quality stuff. What else do you need.!?
Great invention, the people who made this 100 years ago should be awarded noble prize, in my opinion. This is a magical device that allows you to do such movements to use your own strength against you to make you stronger. Although I am only be able to right now use two springs :D, I hope I'll get strong enough to use three springs within a year.#Shake_and_bake

Waste of money!
The springs are very low quality and didn't last more than couple of days. I was using 1-2 springs at a time and within 1 hour of training the springs became loose and refused to return to their original positions. So I replaced the loose springs with the unused ones with the same results. I had no option left but to throw the springs and handles into the garbage bin!
