Das Gerät hat nicht so viel Wumms wie mein billigere Massage-Pistole. Aber es ist vor allen Dingen mit seinen schmalen Griffdurchmesser gut zu halten und zum Beispiel auch für die kleineren Hände meiner Freundin gut geeignet. Die Pulsmessung ist ja nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Aber die Hilfe für das Ein- und Ausatmen mag zwar nerdisch wirken, ist aber tatsächlich eine Hilfe.

Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun is simply the best thing you can ever get for a bad back or to simply relax after a long day. This is a smaller version of the pro range of Theragun and it's fantastic. I suffer with a bad back and my chiropractor has the pro version so I decided to try the Percussion Massage. First of all this is a well designed device. It comes in a lovely box and it has a very good instructions booklet. Theragun Sense is rechargeable and it comes with a USB C cable. On average I get around 10 massages out of it. You get a variety of attachments to go with the gun but I personally prefer the one that comes as a standard. If you have someone who doesn't know how to use Theragun - you can pick the setting for the gun to tell you when to move on from which area of the body. There's a lot there you can set this device to. The only real downfall is that you still need someone to do your back massage! I love how relaxed my body feels after 20 min massage, it really helps me with my back pain and overall muscle relaxation. I can't recommend Theragun Sense Percussion Massage Gun enough. Good value for money - well worth saving up for.
