Looking at the NVR model LV-N9616D6E, it says it supports Third Party Network cameras, looking at the back of your unit, it does have PoE interfaces for the cams to plug into. I see no reason why this camera shouldn't work with the NVR model LV-N9616D6E. The viewing software may be what the cam won't work on.

I currently have an amcrest nv4432e-hs nvr with camera model ip3m-954eb. will these new cameras replace the ip3m-954eb's that i am using?

I would contact amcrest directly but it should work fine.
