If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ve been missing pasta so much after bariatric surgery, and now I can finally have it again. Tastes like regular pasta, cooks in 5 minutes, and no heavy feeling after eating. Definitely helps me hit my protein goals as well. Will be buying again!

Great for baked spaghetti and ramen. Can make ahead for meal prep and it doesn't get soggy and squishy like regular pasta. And the protein is outstanding!

Well of course it is not as tasty as real pasta, but a finecsubstitute. Texture good

THE BEST low carb, high protein pasta substitute I've ever tried! boil 5 minutes and add to pesto, sauteed diced onion and garlic. Throw in cherry tomatoes, shrimp and/or spinach. top with parmesan cheese. YUM!!! Super filling. I can never eat an entire serving.

I was really blown away by the protein in this. Definitely its greatest feature. It's quite...chewy, though, and didn't remind me of pasta in any traditional sense. And that's tough because I'm not a big pasta fan to start with. Anyway, I did make my way through the purchase and the protein was and is great, especially for vegans. But I don't anticipate repurchasing.

They cooked quickly. The taste wasn’t bad. The texture was terrible. It seemed kind of rubbery. I do not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I'm always looking for ways to get more protein.. and my husband missed having pasta... until I found this...game changer for us. I'm a fitness trainer and nutrition coach so I pretty picky about what we eat. This is easy to make and really great tasting.. and 44 grams of protein per serving .. WOW!
