Delicious, really loved it, the texture and it will get the flavor of the sauce, I’ve tried other low-carb high-protein in the past, and this one is my absolute favorite! Just 5 minutes and voila!

Since these are trending I feel obligated to leave a review. Im not sure if people are being paid to say these are good or if its just a preference thing but I found these to be awful. I tried to choke down a bowl of this with RAOs marinara but it literally made me more nauseous with each bite. The texture of the noodles is chewy and grainy. The are very watery and release more water as they sit and it will make your sauce watery. They do not take on any flavor and the sauce doesn't stick to the noodles. They dont get hot. I tried heating the noodles in the sauce and even taking a bite directly from the pot the noodles just did not heat up like regular pasta does. The odd texture is too off putting for me. It feels like chewing a noodle shaped flavorless cheese curd if that makes sense. Like a squeaky chewing experience 🤢 its so hard to explain. I sadly had to throw it out.

I thought the flavor and texture were different than other pasta, it was good combined with a good pasta sauce. I’ll buy again because of its nutritional value.

Is this tricking me into thinking it is a real noodle? No. Is it close enough? Yes! Make sure you boil them till totally soft. I think red sauce works best with these. Season them up well and they are pretty good. Texture is close enough to a noodles. Will rebuy.

We love it! Maybe it’s not 100% like regular pasta but we like it as much because the texture has a little bite & the flavor is delish!

Their ok. A little more rubbery texture then I can tolerate. Combined it with some salmon or chicken and it was decent enough to consume.
