Works great on a solid floor, does not work on carpet. Need a solid stud or header to mount to though.

I works but is a so annoying to install and there are very few instructions.

I am calling BS on the prior two reviews re this being easy etc. As a guy who rebuilds cars, motorcycles, and does many house projects in my spare time (pretty darn handy), I was not able to get the wheels to fit/work inside the track. So I hired someone and it completely stumped them too. If it is possible the instructions don't make it easy... Returning...

These were so poorly packaged it's a wonder anything made it to us at all. I really liked the concept and was looking forward to seeing how these worked. Unfortunately the package arrived with only the main sliding rails in the box. Everything else had fallen out during transport, or had never been packaged in the first place. It's a shame to have a unique design and concept, and then not follow through in getting the items to the customer to be able to use them.

This is a well made set. It's easy to install and it works flawlessly.

This item is clearly not targeted for those who are fluent in the English language. The instructions are in Korean with little English word(s) defining the symbols. They are poorly written and confusing. The things that they got right with this product is packaging and parts quality. It is very well packaged and protected. The parts feel quality made. It it weren't for those two positives, this would have been a 1 or 2 star affair.

The instructions could use improvement. Once its up, it looks great.

Super easy to Assemble and works perfectly. Great addition to my pantry.
