Solid Knife Set
I just recently received this knife and have not had it long enough to give it a true review, only time will tell how good it really is. With that in mind here goes my thoughts so far.The three blades can be swapped out in the handle. Pretty neat concept but a durable version of this type of concept can be difficult to pull off.The handle is a nice grip in the traditional grip. It is a little awkward in a reverse grip such as for boning a carcass, though it is not uncomfortable and it easy to get use to holding as such. The button that releases the blade is solid and feels like it should hold up, though I suspect if there is ever a problem with this knife it will be here. The slot where the blade slides into will be a potential location that is difficult to clean meat and fish out of. See below. The blades have a plastic hilt that kind of closes off the blade end of the handle. This should keep the inside of the blade slot in the handle cleaner, though still a location in to focus on when cleaning. The handle portion of the blade that slides into the handle is essentially a full tang grip, it locks the blade in very sturdy. The blades themselves come sharp, sharp enough to shave the hair off my arm, a blade check from when I was a butcher. When sharpening your blade it was sharp enough when you could shave the hair on your arm. The edges feel stronger, they cut well and hold their edge, though time will tell this better. There are 3 blades, a 7" finesse flex, nice and flexible with a thin profile, good fillet blade or for skinning the silver off venison muscle groups. The 7" flex is a great all around blade for fileting, boning or slicing. The 9" flex is actually a little stiffer but perfect for slicing or fileting a larger fish. The case is form fit to the 9" blade, the 7" flex inside the handle and the 7" finesse flex. The two 7" blades can be swapped around but you can't store the handle on the 9" blade. All of the blades lock into the handle and hold solid with no play. This is critical and so far so good. The case is well built with what appears to be a good zipper closure.Inside the cover there is a mesh pocket. A decent canvas knife sheath came in it. Nothing too fancy but it is functional and will fit on a couple of my belts. The loop is rather small so it will not fit a wider belt.Overall as they are today I think the knife set deserves 5 stars. It is still new and time will tell if it holds up but it appears to be well thought out.

Sharp, well built, and the perfect combination of sizes.
I really like this fillet set! The blades are all sharp with just the right amount of flexibility. The quick change handle really works well. The blades fit very snugly, there is no wiggle or anything like that at all. The handle also has a really comfortable and solid grip. It really feels like an extremely durable one-piece blade. But then it's easy to release so that you can switch to a different blade within seconds. The carrying case is nice quality too, and it comes with a sheath if you want to carry the knife around without the entire case. The multiple blade sizes are perfect, so you have enough backbone to handle larger fish or game, and you also have the finesse blade for finer cuts, or panfish without butchering them. I'm even going to be trimming my steaks and ribs with these as well!

Great knives
These are the best filet knives I have ever seen. Being able to quickly change blade sizes is a bonus. Well balanced and easy to hold on to. Very well made and they hold an edge better than any I have used. A little pricey, but well worth it.
