Results speak for themselves
I have been taking this for a 3 weeks now and I am very happy with the results. I work out 5 days a week and have noticed a big difference versus working out without it. Also the company is based out of Montana and have heard really good things about the quality of all their products. I put it in my coffee in the morning and in my thermos that I take with me.

Creatine a huge benefactor. Up your personal game.
Made my life so much better. Take the minimum 5 mg every morning with coffee. On my run workout days 10 mg. And run days 10-15 mg. Split them up into 5 mg drinks or coffees. Feeling stronger, no brain fog, no laziness, no cramping muscles. I feel 30 again.

Unflavored and fast disolving.
This is my 2nd order and I love this brand for all my supplements. There is no taste and it dissolved easily. The canister lasts a while which is great, as I use it every single day. The price seems to be pretty much the same as most creatine that I've seen or tried. It doesn't have any fillers or yucky stuff. My nutritional therapist and best friend recommends this brand and I trust her with my health. I am post menopausal so creatine is a must.

Works for strength-training results.
Have been supplementing with Creatine for a year now. I take a small dose (half what is recommended) and have noticed more definition in my arms and glutes. I also drink lots of water every day.
