This has worked very well for me. Good for sleep. Great value for the cost. I love that I don't have to swallow for horse pills to get the amount of magnesium I need.

Love this stuff.....
This is a great nightime source of Magnesium. Not too sweet and it helps me to sleep as well. I will continue to use this product. Highly reccomend if you need a source of Magnesium and want to sleep more soundly. The only problem I have with it is the cost. IMO - it's expensive. Wish it was lower priced!

Taste and smells like an adult store (if you know what I mean) but I do like cherry flavors. It does help me sleep a bit.

I’ve taken this three nights in a row and I have to say I can 100% tell the difference it works great it doesn’t make you go to sleep, but it definitely helps you with staying asleep.

Tasty and easy to take
I like to take this magnesium at bedtime; that way I don't need to drink extra water to swallow a pill, and the tart cherry extract is reputed to help with sleep. I enjoy the flavor, too.
