Q: It says knob but i dknt see one, and it says it has a uv-c light for sterilizing but it doesn't mention it in the description?

There are no knobs on this model. There are touch buttons which turn on or off a feature. On the left side, there is a button, which when touched or lightly pressed, turns on the blue light, which is for the UV sterilizing

Q: How many watts and what is the operating voltage 240V, 110V ?

Original comment was not positive. After usage, I would recommend. It always helps to read ALL of the directions.

I think it turns itself off after a period of time. It was to conveluded for me so I sent it back.

Q: Does the light turnoff and does the beep have a mute option to avoid nighttime disruption?

The unit's "night mode" allows the display screen light to be turned off. There is no beep mute, but the beep only occurs when the unit is turned on, and it's not loud. Also, note that this is a mist unit, not a steam unit, & the temperature is shown only in centigrade.
