Absolutely fantastic idea. saw this online a couple of years ago and always thought about getting one. just a great safety feature for any car jack... Especially if the job doesn't warrant axle stands..

Brilliant idea, well made, just a shame it’s not directly available from Amazon UK at less cost. A lot easier than trying to fit axle stands. I often end up jacking higher than I really need and wasting time just to get an axle stand into a suitable solid weight bearing underside of a car. There are 4 or 5 versions available. Make sure you get the one that suites your trolly jack. Made of Aluminium. Made in the States, it’s a well designed bit of kit with nice welds.

Great safety device. But looks odd without other support under a car! Would be helpful if you could also buy the bracket that lets you click it to you jack fot storage. (Abalable in USA)

Unfortunately, this device was tested accidently and buckled where the spring loaded pin enters. I'm unsure why as the load rating is much higher than that which was applied (E46 BMW was lifted on the rear diff) Very surprised it did not fail completely.

Works awesome for standard flour jacks. If you have a larger jack, like the Daytona 3 ton long reach low profile from Harbor Freight, get the XL. It will work all the way jacked up!

Thanks to the built in spring, this sturdy little brace makes it easy to easy to put in place with one hand while adjusting the height of the floor jack cradle with the other. This is a "must have" safety item for the DIYer!

Works very well. Worth it to step up to the 3.5T as it’s the same size and pricing isn’t much more then the lower rated unit.
