Good product and keeps your drinks cold. It was damaged on shipment but Amazon gave me 120.00 in credit.The lock is not good and a mailbox key can open it. Went to Depot and got another lock.All in all great product.

It's been good for 6 months then it started breaking down
This fridge has been fine for 6 months and then started holding inconsistent temperatures. Without moving the dial it would start freezing, we would turn down the dual from 4 (recommended temperature) lower then noticed it wouldn't start cold enough. Then we had to turn the dial up higher and higher to stay cool until it stopped working completely. This series is events only took a week to the compressor stopped working.I've tried calling their number for their service department. Once last week and no call back, 4 times this week with no call back. At this point I'd rather deal with the hassle of sending it back then deal with buying a new compressor since they obviously don't support their warranty

Very nice unit... beware shipping issues
This unit is attractive, runs quietly and seems to be well made. Only non-shipping related issue was that one of the shelf mounting strips was .3" lower than all the others so one corner of the shelves is unsupported. Not hard to fix with a spacer, but that was the only quality control issue I encountered. Shipping was another matter... I ordered first unit and it arrived, as scheduled, with driver courteously moving unit into my small retail shop. Only problem is once it was unpacked the unit seemed to have been run into by several forklifts in its travels - maybe dropped off a loading bay - who knows. Sadly, it was unusable with dents, crumples, punctures and the unit separating at a seam inside the unit from shipping abuse. Sad to have to return it. Contacted Amazon and passed around to different reps. A date and time was set for pick up. Waited around all day and nobody showed up despite emails and texts reminding me to be available at the set time. No follow up by shipping company. Called Amazon back and they said they saw that a pick up was scheduled and don't know why it didn't happen. They rescheduled. I waited around a second day (10 days after the first date) - nobody showed up. Contacted shipping company this time with info supplied by Amazon. They said, "Oh, you are in a remote place. Amazon schedules stuff often without actually knowing if the timing can be met... we get this all the time. Actually we don't even work in your area and had to subcontract to a local carrier". It was a frustrating situation and is still being navigated almost a month after the original delivery date.. THEN... we ordered a replacement unit and it was delivered as scheduled but this shipping company said, "Oh, no we don't deliver inside a building". So I had to wheel a 252lb unit down one step and into the building with my own dolly, which I was capable of doing, but not everyone would be. As it turned out, this unit also suffered some dents and punctures which were primarily cosmetic. Also the automatic door closer (a piece of plastic at the bottom of the door) was snapped in two. I give Premium Levella a lot of credit for how they handled this. They are getting me a replacement auto door closer part and have refunded 30% of the purchase price due to the damage. It seemed fair and they were quick to respond. I would recommend this unit, but wanted to relate the many shipping issues just so others are aware. I would also suggest that Premium Levella consider protecting their items better (improving the packing of their units) to help avoid damage in shipping.

Good cooler, terrible customer service
I purchased this cooler for my basement over 7 months ago and it has been great. It looks very good, holds a temp well and the LED lights are awesome. The only issue is when it arrived, 2 of 4 wheels under it were broken. I assume the delivery company probably dropped it a little too hard when taking it off the back of the delivery truck. The packaging did not protect them very well. Right away I reached out to their customer service and provided pictures of the damage. They responded within a day and said they would get me replacements. It has now been 7 months and still no wheels. Every few months I reach back out to them and they respond quickly that they still do do not have an ETA. At this point I have given up. Great cooler but poor CS. Hopefully if you purchase one it will come in undamaged otherwise you may be in trouble.

Love this home bar fridge!!!
This fridge was bought for my new in home bar, i had a nook built for it to slide right into place!! I received the fridge with shipping damaged a dent on the right side and it was smushed at the top left side.I plug the fridge in (to make sure it worked properly) and then I contacted the seller to inform them of the shipping damage and told them I would keep the damaged fridge as long as it functioned properly, but wanted a discount off! They respond with in 15 min asking for pictures of the damage (as expected) I sent the pictures and about 1 hour later Amazon sent me a notification saying that a discount was being processed… They were so fast, and the discount was more then I was expecting!!! This company’s customer service was a 10 out of 10. As the bad reviews say the light permanently stays on but if you open the door at the top you will find a on/off switch so you can have it off or on all the time…and there is slight condensation that runs down the inside back panel but nothing a paper towel can’t fix!!! This fridge gets VERY COLD, VERY FAST!! It’s very quite and the capacity was larger then I expected!!! This fridge does lock which is a cool feature, the only thing I didn’t check was the handle was a right swing only and cannot be swapped!!! So I had to make some adjustments to my custom built nook!!! I will try to add pictures after full installation is completed!!!

No customer service/damaged product
This fridge came to us damaged. We called customer service as well emailed them photos with a detailed description of the parts we require to repair the fridge and have received no parts nor a responding email.I left a telephone message for manufacturer to resolve the issue and nothing. I guess next step is to return the fridge BUT I will not be ordering another one. Obviously Premium La Vella does NOT stand behind the products they sell.Not a happy consumer
