I got this 2-Pack, because I needed one for my sister who tends to get a lot of leg cramps & one for me. I don't get muscle cramps that often (mainly because I'm usually in couch potato mode), but when I do, I need something I can apply easily on myself. So this pack arrived quickly, and even though it is pricey, it's worth every penny when it can provide relief. I was so glad we each had one, because while I was visiting my family after a busy day at the ballpark for the last game of the season, my left foot went from just tired feeling to suddenly cramping up all over the place. I was lying on a floor cushion in their living room, and when I tried to roll over to sit up, then I was also getting a twinge of a groin pull. So I was stuck! I asked my sister to toss me her Theraworx roll-on bottle. A couple minutes later, after she stopped laughing at her TV show, while I'm stuck on the floor in cramped muscle hell, she finally found her bottle & tossed it to me. I applied all over the top & sides of my foot, plus to my inner thigh. Whatever it does to work its magic, after a few minutes, my left foot wasn't cramping up anymore & I didn't get a pain in my adductor when I finally rolled over again to pull myself off the floor cushion. Definitely a great alternative to a soak in hot water that's normally the only thing that helps when I'm suffering from sore muscles or cramping. Another plus is that it doesn't feel greasy or sticky, and the scent is mild & not medicinal at all so you won't smell like you obliviously rubbed in a sports cream for pain relief.

Works pretty well...usually. Maybe not as well as the foam, but much more convenient to use. Trade-off??

I am a big fan of theraworx foam so when I saw it came in a roll-on I was very excited, and it did not disappoint. I sometimes get terrible cramps all over my body because of ehlers danlos syndrome. This roll-on is wonderful for stomach cramps and arms. I use it on ankles and legs also, but the stomach is where it has really shined. It's small enough to carry one in your purse to prevent a spasm and it goes on light and quickly dries without staining your clothing. It's thicker than the foam but the lotion dries quickly. Overall a very good product.

I’ve finally found the relief I’ve been searching for! I suffer from terrible leg cramps and have tried just about everything. I even used to run to the kitchen in the middle of the night to drink warm salt water just to get some relief. Well, this little miracle arrived—and my life has changed! I got the roll-on version, and it’s incredible. I’ve been woken up twice with cramps since, and as soon as I grab it off my nightstand and roll it on—presto! The pain is gone within seconds. Such a relief. It’s affordable, effective, and has no strong scent. Highly recommend! I might buy another one for my purse!

This works a wonder! It soothes my cramps away in seconds after application (and rubbing the applied area). It smells good too.

This arrived having leaked slightly in the package, leaving a wetness on the other product in the box. When I opened the inside of the cap was wet with the product. When I try to apply, it drips through the roller ball, which doesn't roll as smoothly as I'd like. However, it does seem to work, but not as well as a similar product containing menthol. Improve the roller and add menthol or lidocaine and it would likely be a 5 star product.

Absolutely great, I suffer with bad cramps and it has stopped them happening, also I tried it on my lower back and it has taken the ache out of my back

My boyfriend wakes up with horrific leg cramps. Nothing has worked. I decided to buy this for him. It worked quickly which is amazing because nothing else has. I have carpal tunnel in my hand and some days I feel like screaming from the pain. This worked. Eventually it wears off so I just reapply it. I also love that it has no scent. Not sure what is in it but I love it.
