Oneida Michelangelo 45 Piece Flatware Set, Service for 8 by Oneida

Excellent. Old design but still our favorite. Oneida flatware has never disappointed us.

Surprised by how abnormally short the length is on the forks and spoons. Bowl size on the tablespoon is ridiculously small; I actually thought they sent me too many teaspoons. Unfortunately I bought the set many months ago and can't return. Quality of workmanship and stainless steel is very nice. I should have examined upon receipt.

I bought a similar set from Oneida called Raphael in 1982 and after 40 years of service and four kids, many of the pieces were missing. They got left in the sandbox, taken to work, etc, so I gave the set to my son for his first apartment. I tried to like a cheap set from a discount store for the last two years but I missed the beauty and weight of my Oneida set. I’m so glad to get this set. It’s even more beautiful than my previous set and I know it will last for the rest of my life and beyond. It really does look like jewelry for the table.

I have literally waited for many years to purchase this set. I love the intricacies about the design on the handles. I have been ammered with Michelangelo from our night from Oneida for years. Just loved the design and now I have a full set for eight because I've lost a lot of my silverware. I don't know whether my husband threw it in the trash or the kids did, but nevertheless I have a brand new set and I am thrilled..
