Amazing belt for the price
This belt is comparable to $90-$100 powerlifting belts from well known companies. If meets the same specs and also has more stitching.I made the mistake of listening to a reviewer who said that size small is good enough if your waist is around 32 inches. I could only use the first belt hole. So listen to the size chart not to the commentors for your size.

Excellent belt, but uneven execution (small defects).
I ordered this belt with five things in mind: 1) one prong fast relief, 2) non-slip surface, 3) sufficient length, 4) 12 holes in the belt, 5) dimensions: overall 4 inch equal width, doubled by 10 mm thickness. First belt that arrived is very good, but it has a few small defects. First blemish was that it did not have 12 holes as advertised, but only 10 holes! I call first hole the one closest to the free end of the belt, and the tenth hole the one closest to the buckle. On top of that, the holes are not in a straight line -- holes 2, 8 and 10 are off the median line of the belt. Hole 8 is quite off, you can see it even when the belt resides on a wavy surface, and the belt is not completely straight (as in my pictures). Next one that is slightly less visible is hole 2, with 10 being the closest to the middle line of the belt (you can almost not see that it is off). Being a one prong belt, the holes that are off the longitudinal axis of symmetry don't alter the equation at all. Third little problem is that the holes should be 1 inch apart, but after the second or third hole they start drifting further apart (which is not necessarily a bad thing) -- the distance between them is not constant, it varies slightly. So overall I was very happy with this belt, because you cannot beat the price!!! The one prong allows quick on and off, the surface is so non-slip that I ripped my pants between my legs when I did my first squat with this belt! Once put in place and tightened at a medium strength, this belt is not going anywhere -- you will rip your clothes to pieces and this belt will not move. The thickness on this belt is comfortable, but completely reassuring, once you put it on it feels like you are encased in a circle of soft steel. Belt is smooth right out of the box, it straightens right on and there is no need to un-bend it in any way, just put it on a hook and let it hang for a while, and within one month it will be straight as an arrow, without losing anything from its properties. Belt is very strong, yet very malleable, no issues in tightening it as much as your body allows it. But the belt does have a particular smell, and while the smell is not very strong, at the beginning it can be pretty persistent, especially if you are working in a small and less ventilated room. Do not put the new belt out of the box to your nose and inhale -- the smell is nauseating and overwhelming. More reason to hang it in a hook and let is straighten, while at the same time losing its factory smell. It will probably smell like that for eternity, but after each day spent in a medium size room, the smell subsides a little. After a month and a half I cannot smell it anymore, unless I put the belt to my nose. Belt has a nice feeling to the touch, the ending with the buckle being very strong, with 6 tough rivets to hold it together nicely.First belt is [50] inches long, completely extended, from the tip of the belt to the left, to the very side of the buckle roller on the right (see pics). The ten holes cover a distance of [9 and 1/2] inches long, from the left of the first hole to the right of the tenth hole (not measured between the centres of the first and last hole). Width is 4 inches, thickness is between 10 mm and 11 mm towards the buckle. So then I ordered a second belt for my son. To my surprise, even though I ordered the same size (LARGE, you can still see the round white stickers on the belts) the second belt was a noticeably longer! And it had more holes -- but again, not 12 as advertised, but 11 (go figure).I think three is my lucky number, if I order the third one, it will have 12 holes (fingers crossed).Second belt is [54 and 1/4] inches long (4 and 1/4 inches longer than its first sister). The eleven holes cover a distance of [10 and 3/4] inches long. The ends of the belts are identical as far as the shape is concerned, but the shorter belt has the holes starting a bit over 1/4 inch further from the tip of the belt (by comparison). The stitching on the first belt was intact, no blemishes, nothing amiss, nothing out of order, all flowing beautifully and uninterrupted, both on the front and the back of the belt, white stitching on black suede lining. The second belt had the outside OK, but on the inside it had a little blemish on one of the outside stitching, it looked like something very hot was poured over the belt and it sort of melted the stitching away. Also, a further bit down, right in the middle, the belt was dirty with some sort of sticky residue, seemed to be connected with the blemished stitching somehow. I cleaned it as good as I could, but you can still see the trace there. All in all, excellent belt for your money, the value that this belt is packing is amazing: for this amount of money you probably cannot get anything better in this class of professional belts. Execution of the belt seems to be uneven though, between two "identical" belts, the fluctuations are pretty big: different lengths, different number of holes, different placement of the group of holes on the belt, uneven holes as to the longitudinal axis of symmetry, and uneven distance between two consecutive holes.I gave this belt five stars out of five because I could not give it 4.75 on a scale of 1 to 5.But again, these are defects that you can live with, the belt is more than long enough, I am 40 inches at the navel, and on the short belt I am on the fifth hole, while on the long belt I am at the eighth hole (obviously more room on the longer one, plus the difference in placement of the holes that favours still the long belt). In a bind, one could easily punch in one more hole towards the tip of the belt (on the inside you can easily punch at least 10 more holes, but who would need that), even two holes if needed. So in case one packs more fat on the belly, there is still some room left for additional holes -- based on the thickness of the belt, I would recommend either going to a shoe repair shop for this work, or buying some professional grade tools -- this is a nice belt, one cannot ruin it by botching a hole (or two). No idea if the manufacturer would do such a thing if the belt is sent back to them (I mean, years after it was purchased -- that might be a good question for them) -- I purchased the LARGE size belt with this thing specifically in mind.I will try and come back after one year and post some pictures to show how the belt stood up to the wear and tear.

Amazing belt!!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This belt is amazing! My waist is a 32 and I ordered the medium. Fits perfect with plenty of room to adjust. Of course it’s stiff and not the most comfortable, but it’s supposed to be tight and hold your back in place. So if you’re looking for comfort this isn’t your best bet. If you want something sturdy and to support you through heavy lifts, then this is definitely for you!

XXL lifters this won’t fit
Very well built only problem is I’m a large person. I thought it will fit me because everyone on line said it runs big. Well to my fellow big men it won’t fit. I’m sorry it just won’t work. Measure from your belly not your waist. I wear size 40 pants. I’m 6’0 at 275lb and my measurement around my belly is a 48. So they didn’t make an XXL so I thought since they run big I was good and it would fit. I was wrong. Anyway I found a double prong belt here on amazon that had an XXL that measures 40 to 47 and It fit just fine. But this is a good quality belt that is a bang for your buck if you have a smaller frame.

Update on belt
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Im not sure if my previous review got deleted by accident or if its still there, but this is an update after using the belt for a few months.Once you use the belt a few times, it fits you without any discomfort. The video I have attached is from my training session. 405x5 at 142 bw! A few days before this, I got 3x1 at a lower bw of 139.2. Im currently preparing for a powerlifting meet and this belt has been really useful in training.

Two belts ordered, two belts returned.
I ordered this belt because it had solid reviews and really affordable. The first one arrived, and the prong was rusted. It was pretty tough to move. I wasn’t really concerned with it. I lifted once with it and realized it was annoying to take the belt off because of the rusty prong. i exchanged it for another because the rest of the belt seemed solid. The second belt arrived and one of the rivets has already fallen off before I’d opened the case it comes in (pic attached). Maybe i just got a few bad belts, but I’m not trusting this belt on heavy squats or deads when the rivets are popping off in shopping. I’ll spend the extra money.

Leather Lined. Misleading product.
I understand I should have splurged for a pricier product and I only have myself to blame, but this belt just isnt going to cut it. It is definitely not leather, but rather is some sort of layered plastic or cardboard with a thin layer of (maybe) leather glued on, feels hollow and cheap.Performance wise it is...serviceable. You can brace your core against it, and it provides support. But that is about it. The prong to latch it is abnormally long, have a frustrating time getting it off especially combined with the extra stiff plastic material.Get it if you have absolutely no other options, but really at this price range a velco belt would be fine or spend a few dollars more and get a quality belt.
