basic but useful as a spare set for having multiple weights setup.
these are not what you call high quality. they feel sturdy enough but the cheap plastic elements just do not give a great impression.the spinning collars all have different tolerances so some spin freely while others have to be forcibly wound on and off.i'm happy to use these as backup dumbbells for having a second set of weights to go along with my more traditionally built dumbell bars but i'd not recommend these as your main set of dumbbell bars. spend the extra money.
