Choose something different.
Dryer has completely died after only a handful of uses… very few troubleshooting/support options available. When it actually worked it was just an ok dryer. Consider other dryer options.

This has been a a life saver!
I keep it in a hallway closet ... and just wheel it out once a week to dry my hair. Easy to manage, excellent size drying hood. I don't know what I'd do without it! Because it is lightweight (that's a positive), it's very easy to store and "haul in and out"! It does obviously take up some space, but it fits nicely between clothes in the closet. I've had it for almost a year ... and couldn't live without it.

Good for rollers!
It works but it doesn’t feel sturdy. I’ve had the hood pop off multiple times and it’s a little difficult to adjust the height. Overall a good hairdryer and works great for my roller sets!

I was a little skeptical when purchasing this dryer. I purchased it to use at home. I could do roller sets on my hair versus staying late in the shop doing my hair. I could be comfortable at home. This dryer definitely surprise me it heats up quickly. It dries my hair quickly considering my hair is very thick and overall was a 100% satisfied purchase.

Worked until it did not
Wow, product stop working one week after return window closed. The panel to set temeperture is no longer working. I thought it was perfect for mobility within home and height adjustment with the quirk of the top comping off if you do not hold it when you are lifting it higher. Well, now, no longer usable. I purchased oct 20, and it is now Jan 30.
