I used it to change the spark plugs on my Volvo C70. The magnet it great as the plugs are recessed deep. I was able to lift the plugs right out and conveniently install the new ones without having to drop them in. The swivel is great to get things aligned, then you can press it to lock it straight and torque it. My plugs were quite tight and I was worried it would crack the socket but it held up no problem. I highly recommend.

With the combination of another swivel ratchet, changing the sparks plugs was very easy and magnetized to hold them in.

I bought these and didn't think I would get them in time. I bought some other ones but it got late and I ended up waiting until I got home to check both of my cars. These work great for my 2016 Taurus and my 2011 Optima. They are extended a bit, the have a spring, swivel and get a great grip on the spark plugs.

Great tool for removing ebd fit spark plugs

This works so much better than the sockets with a rubber insert for spark plugs. Upgraded to these after getting tired of the rubber falling out repeatedly while removing spark plugs. Magnet is just right, strong grip to remove plugs from tough to reach recessed areas.

I have always had the old style with the rubber inserts. This is my first set of magnetic spark plug sockets. I love them. The magnets are strong and pull the plugs out flawlessly. Once the new plug is in, the socket comes off smoothly. The swivel function is always a plus for those hard-to-reach locations (like Ford V-8s).
