It works! That simple!
If you have the ability to run ethernet cable to your Firestick, by all means do so. This adapter cuts the buffering almost to nothing. I plugged the ethernet adapter to the Firestick and the buffering basically disappeared. It works! That simple!

Not all things work as advertised
Didn't work at all, had to return for a refund. Did not work because my fire stick would not recognize a wired connection. Is not compatible with Amazon fire stick......

Great purchase, works great, well made
Works as advertised. Appears to be well made, good price. My wired connection is usually 850mbps-1G down. I'm getting consistent 348mbps down and 276mbps up with this adapter connected to my firestick 4kmax. This is plenty of speed for even 8k streaming. I believe the only reason I'm not getting more speed is that the firestick itself doesn't allow for it, as it is not needed. Very happy with this purchase. I have not experienced any negative connection or functional problems mentioned in other reviews. Plug and play, no issues. If this changes I'll revise my review.

It doesn't work for the Firestick 4K Max.
Bought this for my firestick 4k Max so that I could use game streaming from my PC to the TV. Didn't work at all. A25ft HDMI cable and a bluetooth extender for my xbox controller did a much better job.Maybe I'll find a better use for this one day... For now, it'll go in the spare part box in the closet.
